Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is a Philippines-based food manufacturing company. It operates through divisions and wholly owned subsidiaries that are divided into three segments: branded consumer foods, agro-industrial products and commodity food products. URC's branded consumer food division manufactures and distributes a mix of snack, chocolate, beverage, bakery and tomato-based products. Through its packaging division, URC is engaged in the manufacture of polypropylene films for packaging companies. Its agro-industrial products segment is engaged in hog and poultry farming, manufacture of animal feeds, glucose and soya products, and the production of animal health products. URC's commodity food products segment engages in sugar milling and refining. URC's core subsidiary is JG Summit Holdings, Inc. As of September 30, 2006, branded consumer foods, agro-industrial products and commodity food products segment contributed for 75.6%, 14.4% and 10% of URC's revenue respectively.
