Lopez-owned First Gen Corp. yesterday said that the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) issued a Wholesale Aggregator's License to its wholly owned subsidiary, First Gen Energy Solutions Inc. (FGES), to enable it to sell power to distribution utilities and electric cooperatives.
